Seeing my pet come out hurt and scared was devastating. Our pets are like family, and I expected compassion and professionalism — instead, I left shaken and worried. Accidents can happen, but the lack of care and empathy made the experience even worse. I truly hope Petco takes this seriously and makes sure no other pet or pet parent has to go through something like this.
