Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
The people were great, my dog is not very people friendly. She's a Belgian malinois Shepard. The visit went down without a hitch. Almost gave it 2 stars. Because finding an email with proof of immunization turned out to be impossible. Come on folks it's 2025 and you can be better then this. How hard is it to include that in the email where the receipt was sent?

I’ve been a loyal Vetco customer for the past three years, and unfortunately, my recent experience was deeply disappointing.
Upon arrival, we checked in on time for our scheduled appointment. However, the staff member handling check-ins was extremely slow, taking roughly 30 minutes to process just three customers. As a result, by the time she reached us, it was 10 minutes past our appointment slot. Despite our punctual arrival, she informed us that we could no longer be seen and suggested we wait in the store in case time became available. We clearly explained that our visit was for a simple flea pill, but she did not accommodate our request.
What’s more troubling is that we witnessed other customers arrive after us—also late by 5–10 minutes—and were still allowed to check in and be seen immediately. We had respectfully stepped aside, assuming fairness and order would be upheld. After waiting for 45 minutes, watching this unfold, we felt compelled to re-enter the line. When we reached the front again and addressed the inconsistency, she finally permitted us to be seen.
However, the vet did not examine our dog. I was handed a paper by the assistant and told to pay at the register before receiving the flea pill—without any interaction from the veterinarian. This made the prolonged wait and confusion even more frustrating because as can be seen not exam was needed and the paper could have been provided to us so we could have gone on with our day.
Additionally, the waiting area was chaotic. The same staff member insisted that customers sit in specific chairs, creating unnecessary disruption. She even directed an elderly customer to sit on a high stool instead of a low bench, which was both inconsiderate and potentially unsafe.
This experience was not only inefficient but humiliating in front of other customers. I urge management to review this matter and provide appropriate training or intervention to ensure future visits uphold the standard Vetco is known for.

It was frustrating to have an appointment on May 5th at 12pmand to suddenly have it canceled about 1/2 hour before the vaccine clinic. The part that frustrated us was not being told earlier am that it was canceled..
