  Medial staff quickly diagnosed my cats issue despite him being hard to work with, also prescribed helpful medication for his side

  I have been bringing my dog here since she was a puppy (5 years ago). The entire staff is kind. They remember her from visit to visit which I appreciate. Wouldn’t take her anywhere else.

  Very good first time experience overall. 2 areas of concern is, that I did not know I would not be seen doctor Rerdon, especially since it was my first visit. I would have liked to know there was another traveling doctor that I would be seeing. The other concern was perhaps a misunderstanding, but I told the vet Tech that I would collect the stool and urine sample myself, and return it into the office. However, unfortunately they proceeded to do this annnyway, which was additional stress to my older dog.

  Love this vet hospital! Been coming for years with my past old cat and now my new kitten for the past twoish years. Definitely recommend if you need a pet hotel too!

  Bear Creek Vetinary Hospital has been great with helping my dog. I came due to an emergency IVDD. She was in a lot of pain and very shaken. Everyone was very nice and supportive with helping us get through this difficult time. It going to be a bit of a recovery for my dog but I’m glad bear creek was able to help.
