I am very grateful that I was able to secure a same-day appointment this past Sunday, January 18. My dog truly needed to be seen, as he required a full preventative treatment. I forgot to mention that he was making really loud stomach noises in the morning at home. I read online that it could be so many factors but I knew he was due for a detox pill (in my terms). We proceeded with the Simparica Trio to cover fleas, six types of ticks, heartworms, roundworms, and hookworms. I bought the 6 month chewable prescription. I usually pay $20-$25 dollars every 3 months for another brand about $100.00 the whole year elsewhere, which does not include vaccines of course. But the Simparica seems to be better because it is much internal for my senior dog as suggested from the vet/staff. Especially because I am pregnant and need my dog in good terms of health. The service was quick and helpful. The vet, doctor, and staff was kind. I am new to the area and had a bad day which I accidentally texted 4 to cancel my appointment as I was outside 10 mins before my scheduled appointment. I meant to text 3 to notify staff that I was inside. Luckily, I was able to still obtain my appointment waited a tad since there was a few people in front of me. You are not seen exactly at your scheduled appointment (at least for my experience) but thankful. The price was a tad out of my price range at the moment since I was quoted something else on the phone but it just needed to be done. I can't complain. I look forward to possibly swing by for the same service along with buying treats for him and scheduling grooming services for my pet (he needs one). Thank you :)
