Unfortunately, you have to give a 1 to even leave a comment hence they get a one but they ideally need a negative 1 million stars. There is TERRIBLE manager by the name of BIANCA who has POOR communication skills and a power trip/complex. She did not provide accurate information in all honesty, I could slaughter this company due to some errors on their part but I will let it slide this time BUT if you would like your pet in the hands of INCOMPETENCE and seeking to PUNISH your pet - this would be the place to take them but I am assuming you love your pet and if so, this is not for you unless it is your only resort and if so you better watch your pet like a hawk! Further, Bianca and her nasty attitude and behavior is TERRIBLE for business and so glad I will just spend my funds at another site. It is not like there are not several other locations or businesses.

Another Vetco staff said I could bring my dog in for her rabies vaccine in a 2 weeks, which I did. Then when I try to bring my dog in for her rabies vaccine, they tell me they can't do it. It would interfere with a other vaccine that she was waiting to get a booster on. I get having specific schedules for the vaccines and such - but there needs to be some consistency among these clinics, and clearly, that doesn't exist. I guess that's what I get for using these other types of services. I find having her rabies up-to-date more important, but I wasn't really given that option with these clinics. After her next set of boosters that we're waiting on, I won't be returning to these Petco vet clinics.
