He said that if I get there before 7pm they will sell me a hamster. I get there and manager Kevin was very rude behavior only because I grabbed a small carrier box to place hamster to take home. He stated he couldn't sell me the hamster assuming the hamster would live in the carrier. Just because he was to lazy to sell me a hamster. Horrible customer service and not helpful at all.

The cashier blatantly said haven’t done this in a while and proceeds to grab a stack of like more than five gift cards and it doesn’t go through Or activate. Petco, y’all need to train your employees better especially when it’s busy time and are losing business and y’all don’t even seem to care, do better. Go to the other Petco in Downey to spare yourself the time and troubles.
