The staff are helpful and nice. It's clean inside. There is plenty of parking and many other stores nearby if you need to get other errands done. They have ross, dollar tree home depot and a bunch of restaurants.

Instead of simply reimbursing me, PETCO made me drive all the way back, wasting 30 minutes of my day and my own gas money. I don’t have easy parking, so now I have to haul the cans from my apartment to the car and back just to correct something that wasn’t my fault. It’s exhausting how often big companies make customers pay for their mistakes — in time, effort, and money. I just wanted a simple refund, not a headache. PETCO, do better. Be accountable and make it easier for your customers to get treated fairly.
