I like going there because 1 of my dogs is on a diet and I get food from Just Food for dogs there. That good since they are open til 9pm on weekdays. I've found the staff to be pleasant and helpful each time I shopped there and continue to go there weekly.

I don’t have easy parking, so now I have to haul the cans from my apartment to the car and back just to correct something that wasn’t my fault. It’s exhausting how often big companies make customers pay for their mistakes — in time, effort, and money. I just wanted a simple refund, not a headache. PETCO, do better. Be accountable and make it easier for your customers to get treated fairly.
