After feeding just a small amount, both my dogs began coughing and snoring, which resolved when the food was stopped. Customer service is beyond disappointing. Rather than addressing safety or transparency, they offer nothing but delays and attempts to push customers toward even more expensive custom diets. Looking at their reviews, issues like this, and problems with reliability and consistency, are recurring with JFFD. Fortunately, I found safer, more transparent, and MUCH more affordable fresh-food alternatives that put pet health over profits, clearly disclose ingredient sourcing, and provide full nutrient profiles. Pet owners have a right to demand transparency. There are better options than JFFD!
