- GKGina KDec 16, 20251.0Warning: Pet Health Risk Due to Hidden Formula Change: JFFD changed their Joint & Skin Support formula without notice or updated labeling, and they still don’t provide an updated Typical Nutrient Analysis. After feeding just a small amount, both my dogs began coughing and snoring, which resolved when the food was stopped. Customer service is beyond disappointing. Rather than addressing safety or transparency, they offer nothing but delays and attempts to push customers toward even more expensive custom diets. Looking at their reviews, issues like this, and problems with reliability and consistency, are recurring with JFFD. Fortunately, I found safer, more transparent, and MUCH more affordable fresh-food alternatives that put pet health over profits, clearly disclose ingredient sourcing, and provide full nutrient profiles. Pet owners have a right to demand transparency. There are better options than JFFD!
