Very unprofessional and with an attitude didn’t even try to accommodate me same day I would’ve understood if I was asked to return at a later time but not the next day! It was a waste of my time don’t advertise a walk in service if you won’t accommodate.

If you can't to sale expensive pet, you kill him alright? I checked with a veterinary. He said the price for a guinea pig is $50 maximum and it's illegal to ask a proof address. Anyway I bought a guinea pig from another pet shop , no one asked a ID or a proof address

Lupe, one of the aquatists, is always ready to lead a hand and take a moment to chat with you - something that I really appreciate. While Santa Clarita doesn't have very many small mom and pop fish stores. Lupe always makes me noticed (i.e. remembering my fish pets), provides excellent customer service as well as being very knowledgeable! As long as I live here, I will continue to shop at this Petco!
