  Purchased some guinea pigs from here about 1 week ago. The guinea pigs were cute however they bit all of my kids to the point of drawing blood .we have had many guinea pigs over the years so we know how to handle them. So I picked one up and within 30 seconds one bit down so hard that my finger had a chunk out of it and it bled for hours. Soo the bad rating is not for them but for the way the store handles the so. We decided to return them because we didn’t like being bit. And the store policy is that we have 30 days if it doesn’t work out. So we took them in and the workers were all very rude to my wife. They raised their voices at my wife blaming us for them. I’m sorry but to treat a human being like that in front of the entire store is very unprofessional. It made my wife cry which she is a strong person. Oh and Also it turned out the guinea pig has ring worm and that was also blamed on us. I’m not a reviewer however I just think that was a horrible experience and no one deserves to be treated like that.

  Not a location I normally go to. Easy in/out of the parking lot. Was able to find exactly what I was looking for without any issue. Casual observation of staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable although I did not require any assistance during my visit.

  So nice, great customer service. I love that PetCo employees always show love to my dog. The other PetStore chain always ignores her and it bothers me so much lol. Not sure why that is as it’s been my experience all over the country. Petco employees give her more of the attention that she is craving lol

  I had a really frustrating experience at this Petco location. I came in to pick up an order, and despite being one of just three people in line, I was completely overlooked. The cashier, an older gentleman wearing a hat who is always slow, helped the first two customers but then just asked for my name and ignored me entirely. I waited about 15 minutes, and it felt like my time didn’t matter at all. Very disappointing service—I won’t be coming back again.
