- AAAnthonyFeb 2, 20265.0Eli helped me over the phone and was able to offer me a same day appointment. The Vet and the Vet tech were exceptional. They made sure I knew all my options and what symptoms my dog had. They didn’t try and hard sell me on anything. I was given what was needed at the moment and what I could wait on. I didn’t have a lot of money and they were very sympathetic to that. I was able to use a coupon for my first visit which saved me 100$. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the phenomenal service they provide. I was able to apply and use Care Credit here. I am so happy that I was able to get my boys ear infection taken care of. I highly recommend you give them a try. If you are going to this location it is inside the Petsmart. Apple Maps took me to the back of the building where 24 hour fitness is. It actually on the other side. There’s plenty of parking. The vet is located all the way at the back of the store next to the groomers.

There is much room for Banfield's improvement for them to continue their business service to their customers/ clients for hopefully a long time. Sometimes in Banfield there are good vets doctors & staffmembers. However, there is a fluctuation of good & not exactly good in Banfield's clients & pets services.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
