  The groomer was incredibly patient, gentle, and clearly experienced you can really tell she cares about the animals she works with. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone who needs help with their pet’s grooming.

  I have taken. my little dog for grooming to different places. For first time I took her to Petco. It was easy to book her appointment on line and service was excellent. Grace, the pet stylist was kind, courteous and professional. She did a great job. Thank you Grace, my dog loves you and I am appreciative for the sweet way you took care of her.

  We have been coming to Petco since my mini bernadoodles were puppies, so almost 6 years. Loved working with Trisha, however she left abruptly 6+ months ago due to policy changes. The communication on rescheduling appointments was awful. My recent morning appointments for my 2 dogs did not go well. Upon check in, my daughter and I stood at the counter with no recognition from the staff for a solid 3 minutes - one was on the phone while the other was fumbling around on the computer. After 3 minutes of being ignored, I received a nod from the one on the computer that they would be with me shortly. As they pulled up their account to check them in, one staff member in a snarky tone, said these are premium breeds so this pricing is not right. I said, unless your policy changed & I wasn’t notified, their breed certainly hasn’t changed for the last 6 years of coming here. Lots of unnecessary chaos as the line is growing and by the way, can’t even tell me what the additional cost would be. No manager working, they decided to ‘let it slide’ making me feel like a criminal. Asked for the shorter feet and shorter around their face but upon pick up, none of that was done. I got the heck out of there yet once again the premium add on package was not fulfilled… no bandanna or spritz nor probably the extra stuff that comes with that package…. Splotchy shaven legs too. Lucky these dogs are cute even with a sub-par shave this time around.
