Dr. Patrick, where are you?! We miss you and the office is not the same without you. My black lab Abby, has a growth on her paw. One of the doctors in the office, who is not a regular, comes and goes, obviously does not check her messages, called me to give me an update on what the radiologist saw on x-ray. She left a message, I called back that day, called back the next day. I was told that they would definitely give her the message. She would be back on Friday, but in the meantime, they would have one of the other doctors called me to let me know what the x-rays showed. No one called, but one of the people at the front desk said that my dog was referred to a specialty hospital in Marin County. Why I asked? We will have one of the doctors call you. No one ever called on Friday, no one ever called on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday after numerous phone calls to the office. I finally asked for a manager, who told me that they have doctors that come and go that are not regulars and that must have been the problem. I was put through to one of the other doctors who comes and goes, and he explained and read Abby’s radiology report. My dog has had a lot of problems and thank goodness for Dr. Patrick or, she would not be with us today. I just feel that this office is in disarray, unorganized and the empathy is certainly not there anymore. I am going to another veterinary clinic.
