  Went in because this store was recommended to me and when I’ve gone in prior it’s always been great. This time I brought my dog and I was going to inquire about grooming bathing services. It was fairly busy when I came in and was greeted with a flat hello. I replied hello! Looked around and walked toward the tubs. No one said anything else to me they seemed busy. I was reading the signs and walking into the self bathing areas and again reading signs looking at the tub nothing. Turn around after looking at the tub to go towards the front when two employees came toward me, one with towels and a dirty look on her face and the other asking if I wanted a bath and I again said I wanted to ask about grooming/baths but no one was in that area. I was then told the procedures (check in up front clipboard, etc) However, When I looked around after being greeting and confused I wasn’t approached. I was only approached after looking for myself and being treated like I was stupid or an inconvenience. I’ve never had grooming or made a query about it before so this was really jarring and disappointing. There were three people upfront and after saying hello someone could have asked me if I needed help but that didn’t happen... Oh well. Instead of walking up front. I was going to shop. Instead I walked out with my dog. I went else where and at the other establishment spent $100+ on products AND set up a grooming appointment for this coming Saturday.

  It was just a quick run to get a dog brush, in and out! I got to the register and a new girl said she could check me out at the next register. I was so happy to get the quick service and on my way. I Put down my things, got out my cash and done. Out the door. What I didn't know was I had put my sunglasses on the counter to retrieve my money and left them there. I was already in my truck and ready to back out when there was a knock on the window. There she was with sunglasses in hand so afraid she was going to miss me. What a champ! Wish I knew her same to add it to this review!!! Great employee!!!!

  I brought my little dog here for a bath — I usually bathe him at home. The towels are rough, warn and thin. The soap was VERY watered down so I bought some shampoo there. The worst part was the blow dryer. When I told the associate it only blew cold air, she commented that it was to keep the dogs from getting burned. How would you as a person feel in December to have forceful cold air blown on you? So not worth $20
