This is the worst place ever customer service is very poor. They charged me an extreme amount. Did not follow up with me regarding my dog surgery and then told me I need to make an appointment. They are the snobbiest worst malpractice place in the world. If you love your animal do not take them to this place.

Informed these people that my dog had not been eating for several days and was no longer able to walk, they told me to wait in the parking lot for an hr, an hr and a half had gone by and my dog stopped breathing in the parking lot, then I had called again and they still asked me to wait and I said that was impossible. Had they just came out to look over the conditions of the dog before asking me to wait for an hr, I believe he would have still been here today. If the point is to go in for emergency care and to then deem the situation as not urgent without looking over the current condition of a family member. Then what’s the point of going in for an emergency. This place needs more oversight, as it lacks to prioritize its critical patients. No stars given

We unfortunately had to bring our older dog in for an emergency and he did not make it. I spoke with Emily on the phone and she was very calming and caring through it all. They rushed our dog back once we arrived and the doctor called us in a very timely matter. Although we had to say goodbye to our beloved companion, Dr. Garza and her staff were very caring and understanding.
