We are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by the entire staff at this emergency vet clinic. We came to them during two of the most stressful and emotional moments a pet owner can face, first when our dog needed emergency surgery, and later when we brought our cat in and ultimately had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye.
During both visits, the staff was professional, patient, and truly kind. They took the time to explain everything clearly, treated our animals with genuine love and respect, and supported us with empathy during such difficult moments. When we had to put our cat down, they were especially considerate, giving us space, grace, and comfort when we needed it most.
It’s never easy walking into an emergency vet, but knowing your pets are in capable, compassionate hands makes all the difference. We will always be thankful for the care they provided and highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of emergency veterinary services.

I wish I could give them no stars this place is the absolute worst. If you care about your pet you will not go here. The way they handle emergency cases is absolutely ridiculous I honestly do not think they even did anything they charged us for they said they did blood work but we had blood work done at the VCA in Rohnert Park a couple days later (because he was still sick they had done nothing to help him but charged us $907.00) and the Rohnert Park emergency hospital had shaved his arm to draw blood which leads me to believe they Redwood never did bloodwork. After going to Rohnert Park VCA he was fine we should have went there to begin with not to mention Redwood helped a dog that came 15 minutes after us and wasn't in distress he was running around playing we called first and we were in distress they lied and said there was someone ahead of us but there was absolutely no on in the parking lot when we got there and then 15 minutes later the dog shows up we had called earlier also so it can't be that they called ahead because so did we. The lady Catherine who we spoke to was the rudest person I have ever spoken to do not go here if you value your pets health they are the worst vet I have ever been to and I have had pets for over 50 years!!!

I never write reviews but I wanted to write this to thank all of the staff at this clinic. Our dog Shadow had an episode a few days ago and was struggling to breathe so we took her here and they immediately treated her with the utmost care and saved her life! Now she is back home and is on medication and being seen by a vet cardiologist. I feel so grateful that the staff handled this situation so effectively as this was such a stressful period for my family. I definitely recommend taking your pets here for any emergency - they are very thorough and take action without hesitation.

Me and my mother called an hour ahead 10 minutes ahead and right as they opened for their emergency hospital. No one was in the parking lot when we got there a person showed up 15 minutes later with their dog running around outside the car with their kids and they took them before my cat who hasn’t urinated or pooped in 10 days. The staff on the phone was extremely rude they not only had attitude but said cryptic things while we were explaining to them how this wasn’t fair. One of the girls name is Catherine she was one of the people I talked to. In conclusion don’t come here if you love and value your pet you will go somewhere else.

This is the worst place ever customer service is very poor. They charged me an extreme amount. Did not follow up with me regarding my dog surgery and then told me I need to make an appointment. They are the snobbiest worst malpractice place in the world. If you love your animal do not take them to this place.
