  Rosalia,was very gentle with our soon to be 15 year old German Shepherd named Kahleesi. Rosalia,, was very patient as our girl can't stand for a long time anymore. Rosalia would let Kahleesi rest and even let Kahleesi rest in the warm bath. Thank you Rosalia for being a very kind petson.

  Petco Santa Rose Groomers is the only place I take my dogs. The are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and are all around a great staff. Never had a bad experience and I've been going to them the past 3 years.

  Caitlin in grooming is amazing! Our dog, Junie is very comfortable with her and always looks great when we pick her up. She does an incredible job on her cut

  Today my girlfriend brought our toy schnoodle in for a grooming appointment with Petco, today unfortunately, it did not go as well as we had hoped. We had set up an appointment for 10am, and brought her in on time. They employee that greeted us informed us that it would be 3-4hour wait, and that they would call us between 1-2pm with an update. It was around 1:54pm that we called them to see if they had an update for us, and after not hearing back for a while we decided to check in and see how everything was going... When we checked in, we were told she was not ready and that she had about 20min left. Shortly after that they brought her out to the grooming table where she had not even had her haircut yet! And on top of that, she appeared to still be wet! At that point we spoke to one of the managers who agreed that they had taken too long and he gave us a 20% discount on the 80$ grooming. That was our mistake, as we paid for the service before we even got to see the final product. By about 3pm is when she was finally done, and we spoke with the groomer who explained the situation, was very polite, and apologized for the wait. Now at this point we were in a rush to get home, so we had left in a hurry, but upon getting into the car we slowly started to realize the rush job thay had been done. It looks like our poor dog had been groomed with a hedge trimmer! And on top of that, we found a FLEA ON HER, which we had been told that any evidence of fleas would result in an additional charge for a special flea bath. If we found a flea within 10 minutes of us having her back, and they didn't find it after 5 hours, then something must be wrong. P.S. do not accept a discount on services, as they will tell you that "The problem was satisfied, and that you should have said something before you accepted it".
