  When I was purchasing guppies and a betta fish, the cashier dropped my fish, didn’t say sorry, didn’t check if the bag was leaking, and was complaining that he was working on the register his entire shift. This store does get a lot of sales, but they have TERRIBLE customers service.

  Three members that stand out: *Alana *Jason *Tailon These members are the reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 3. These three are the reason I keep going back. It's always a blessing to see them on the floor when I walk in. And I know that on those days our pet needs will be met with great vibes. These three go above and beyond to help out customers. Jason has stop more than once stocking/task he is doing to help me. He is always happy to help. Alana makes sure you are taken care of long term when it comes to looking out for deals that can save $$. Tailon the most patient hard working team member there. He can be over ran with customers on the floor with no help. And he remains with a good attitude taking care of each customer. Now I have had associates (2 females one a manager Sienna) make me feel unappreciated, under valued, preyed upon vs versa (sexually), overlooked, a bothersome, not good enough as a pet owner or a newb to be pet owner. Sienna this last week just rub me the wrong way when I asked for help. They used their position of power at that moment in not such a good way with attitude basically letting me know they are too busy playing with cat litter to help out their team member who had a line on the floor with customers needing help. This manager (Sienna) has made me feel awkward more than once. With one time prior repeatedly bending over in front of me as I'm checking out. I really don't think you should use your work place like a dating app. Nor should you be spiteful bc someone is straight and not interested. The interaction with the female manager was too much this week and I hope it stops after this.

  The folks at the grooming area are nice and care about ur dog. The selection of animals is good, services like training and vet are available. They have adoption events with local shelter. Store is clean and organized.

  I was recommended a different type of terrarium for my corn snake and it ended up escaping the first night of having it.
