    Very unprofessional/disrespectful general manager older grey/black bearded man and his younger employee "sienna" . Been coming for years and my fiance for the first time placed a online order and had me go pick it up .I arrived and one sweet employee at the register stated it wasn't ready for pick up , totally fine,.. I mentioned i can just purchase the items and then have my bf cancel the online items since im already here in the store . She said no its okay ill have 1 of my coworkers just grab it now. She called her coworker " sienna" who came pacing super fast to the front register and with a frustrated tone of voice kept asking the cashier "where is she ,where is she" multiple times in a almost attacking sort of way , AS I was literally standing right there and the cashier said "she's right here". Sienna proceeded to say to me very rudely ,"your order isn't ready yet and im so busy here , so you need to wait for your order confirmation saying your orders ready" .I mentioned to her "sienna" that I didn't place the order and I was just told to come pick it up but that i can go get another new order my self if its to much of a problem right now and cancel the online one . As she started walking away she just said "we'll you need to communicate better with him next time and then said" so ill just go grab it " and she left. Super disrespectful attitude AND I had my daughter in hand . Then she came back with my order AND her general manager who basically told me the same thing and just backed her and her disrespectful attitude up . I told him i understood the order process and the issue ...but that I didn't appreciate her attitude and i asked him what he was going to do about her attitude towards costumers cause its not okay . He just said " nothing she's fine , she's okay , shes fine" . He clearly wasnt present during her fit of frustration prior so no she wasnt fine she was mad and made sure i AND the other employee knew ....and the cashier apologized for siennas behavior prior witch wasn't cashiers fault .... sienna was super disrespectful towards a customer and the issue that arrised . Did not handle that at all in a proper way...With the general manager condoning that type of rude behavior towards there customers and basically letting me know he didn't care how she was acting .

    Today my girlfriend brought our toy schnoodle in for a grooming appointment with Petco. In the past we have had great service, but unfortunately, today did not go as well as we had hoped. We had set up an appointment for 10am, and brought her in on time. They employee that greeted us informed us that it would be 3-4hour wait, and that they would call us between 1-2pm with an update. It was around 1:54pm that we called them to see if they had an update for us, and after not hearing back for a while we decided to check in and see how everything was going... When we checked in, we were told she was not ready and that she had about 20min left. Shortly after that they brought her out to the grooming table where she had not even had her haircut yet! And on top of that, she appeared to still be wet! At that point we spoke to one of the managers who agreed that they had taken too long and he gave us a 20% discount on the 80$ grooming. That was our mistake, as we paid for the service before we even got to see the final product. By about 3pm is when she was finally done, and we spoke with the groomer who explained the situation, was very polite, and apologized for the wait. He explained that he gave her bath first thing, but had to go to lunch for 45min, and when he got back she wasn't fully dry. Now at this point we were in a rush to get home, so we had left in a hurry, but upon getting into the car we slowly started to realize the rush job that had been done. It looks like our poor dog had been groomed with a hedge trimmer! And on top of that, we found a FLEA ON HER, which we had been told that any evidence of fleas would result in an additional charge for a special flea bath. If we found a flea within 10 minutes of us having her back, and they didn't find it after 5 hours, then something must be wrong. In our past experience at the same location, the grooming service has been great, taking about 2 hours max with a phenomenal job done on the cut. P.S. do not accept a discount on services, as they will tell you that "The problem was satisfied, and that you should have said something before you accepted it".

    The worst experience! My 11 yr old daughter bought her first hamster and they gave it to her in a box that had a hole where the hamster escaped from we went back to the store not even 30 minutes later and they straight up told us it was our problem once we purchased it how were we supposed to know it could escape from the hole in the bottom of the little fragile box they should take some notes from PetSmart and give does boxes which are so much bigger and way better super thick and strong. She was so sad and upset because the little hamster was so fast she didn’t have the chance to get him . So we left the store without anything no hamster and no refund . Just with a “sorry have a nice day” very fake btw and with a bit of sarcasm .
