Love this location in Santa Rosa! They are great with my pets. I would have given them 5 stars but they do have some turn over with vets occasionally- but that is the norm everywhere since vets and vet techs are scarce now

They have cancelled our pets dental cleaning three times, a few days before we are supposed to have it done.we have to wait months for these cleanings, only to have them cancelled right before it happens. The people who work there are very nice and try their best, but the company is failing them. We’ve had multiple issues with them in the most recent years, and are looking elsewhere for pet care after 9 years.

These are easily the most incompetent veterinarians I have used. Refused to vaccinate my somewhat uncooperative cat w/o me spending $60 on Gabapentin. Not falling for that again since I bought and administered it last year for them to trim her nails which they still didn't do (try buying a larger dose and come back!) So I told them to bring the syringe out and I would vaccinate the cat myself. Nope. Only a trained professional can hold the vaccine I've already paid for hostage so I'll cough up some more $ for drugs. Find another vet. I know I will.

This is absolutely not the place for me and my dog. I took my chihuahua mix in for a checkup and heartworm test. First, even the most basic visits require that you drop off your pet for several hours. Second, they put all of the dogs in cages in one room until they get around to seeing them hours later. This is too traumatizing for my dog. She was a rescue and had suffered a severe injury when she was about one year old. Third, they seem to have not enough doctors at the location. Doctors seem to rotate in and out. It's more like a veterinarian mill than a pet hospital.
