  I called the store prior to coming. I was looking for an item for one of my animals. I was told that the store had the item in stock. When I arrived to the store 10 minutes later, the store did not have what I needed. I was not happy about that.

  As a guinea pig owner of many, I'm always left sad after leaving Petco and how they treat baby guinea pigs. GP are highly social and should not be sold or caged alone. It's cruel and no-one that works there seems to remotely care. Why work at a pet store if you don't understand the animals and sweet pets you are selling?. Ive adopted many lonely GP from this store and to see their personality come alive when they have other piggies to play with is Key. PLEASE SOMEONE at this store LEARN how to handle Guinea PIGs. It's so cruel how you treat them. They all look madly depressed.

  I know sometimes stock is dependent on the manufacturer and the store is transitioning managers and taking over the business from Unleashed so the customer volume has increased and also they deal with online orders and personal shoppers as well as those picking up their online orders. Thankful there is new staff being hired as well to tackle the higher volume of customers arriving! Too bad tariffs have also impacted item availability. All the same, this is my go to shop! Rayka and Malika are always amazing!!

  I live in the neighborhood and have been coming here at least once a month for years. Cat food products are frequently not stocked. There’s always massive carts of stock sitting in the aisles that make it hard to get around. Sometimes I actually have to dig through these carts to try and find the cat food I need, usually without success. But mostly it’s just getting so annoying trying to maneuver around these giant carts of stock always parked in the aisles and never actually being able to get everything on my list in one stop. It’s driven me to just get an online pet food subscription through another company to avoid the hassle.
