What’s the point of selling stuff if you can’t sell it. Wasted my time driving there many times for no one to assist. Employees are usually just chatting with each other instead of assisting customers, and when you ask for assistance, it’s takes a very long time for anyone to help!

I advised Leroy of this as so walked into the store. He then told me to get in line as if I was a paying customer waiting to check out. It was 3 people in front of me he took over 8 mins for a simple return and proceeded to take his time to give me the order I was there to pick up and made me late for my delivery. After I asked “the order was where all along” he proceeded to get sassy at the mouth and state how I should be patient and wait like all the other customers. Meanwhile I’m not a customer. I am a third party contracted vendor working to deliver for Petco. His attitude and professionalism should be studied. I now know why the reviews for this store had slowly but surely been going down if this is the store manager and the example for other employees to follow. Not to mention I come to this store myself often for my Maltipoo needs. Won’t be back and will be reporting this it door dash so no other dashers has to experience what I have today.
