  Do not take your pets here!!!! As a someone who has worked in customer service for more than a decade now this is some of the worst I have ever experienced. The lady at the front desk was rude unprofessional. She did not care or even acknowledged my concerns. Her facial expressions and tone voice made us feel unwelcome. She didn’t try to comfort or acknowledge my pet, all she did was drag him to the back. I reeved a call a few hours later saying it may take longer then expected so he would be done at 2 when I had dropped him off at 10:30 and was originally told by 1pm. That was fine I understand they need more time. I went in at 2pm like I was told for them to not be done. I wanted to see how my pet was doing, but all I say was the groomers looking at me with judgmental eyes and talking to each other and giggling. That did not make me feel like a valued customer. They finally finished at 3:30 pm, that’s when I received the text that he was all done. I went to pick him up and the same employee from the drop was on her phone making a personal call instead of greeting or seeing if I needed help. When I finally got my dog back she was rude and dismissive. She needs to understand what decent courtesy is. His cut was not at all what I wanted and he had a small bald spot. Some of the team needed to get retrained and grooming and customer service. Please look for a different location. As a first time going to the groomers it makes me feel unwell to even take my dog to anyone else. If this is your first time consider a different place for your dogs safety and your wellbeing. Never ever going or recommend this to any one!!!!!

  A week ago, I took my puppy to PETCO for the first time. The girl who helped me at the reception desk was very rude. She shouldn't be in a customer service position with that perpetually angry look on her face. I don't know if she was the one who groomed my puppy, but I paid for the full service, and they called me to say they couldn't finish because the dog tried to bite her. He doesn't bite and has never bitten anyone before, not even at the previous groomer. I can only imagine how she treats the dogs if she treats customers so poorly. They also didn't cut or file his nails, which was included in the service I paid for. I regret not getting her name.
