- EEElie EliaSep 25, 20192.0I like Petco, just not sure if I like this one in Santa Maria. Too small, customer service isn't that great, at least from my personal experience. Today, I had some cashier rude dude who still looked like he was in junior high school, utter something nasty under his breath towards me. Coward, say it to my face if you have something to say. I don't go shopping with my hard earned money just to be insulted by careless staff. Sloppy cashiers who just throw stuff in the bag. Needs better customer service. Only reason why I gave it two stars is that I don't think Petco is a bad company...the one in SLO is much nicer both in look and customer service.
