  The customer service here is horrible. Instead of management accepting responsibility, their stance is go somewhere else! Because I let them know I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they decided to refuse service to my pet. This is not a reflection on the quality of the Dr. this is an administrative issue. I have had a previous relationship with this clinic years ago and they had the same types of issues. There has been no improvement. I had to wait almost 6 weeks for my appointment and now have to find a new doctor. Pushing medical treatment further back!

  2 hr long wait for consult negates the good work being done. the interminable wait is so hard on anxious pet owners. staff was cordial.

  The entire staff at Pacific & Santa Cruz Veterinary have been very kind while we navigate my fur baby’s inoperable aggressive adrenal cancer. The past few days (post ultrasound and diagnosis) have been devastating and the staff has been very helpful, kind and empathetic.

  Our pup got a foxtail in the nose and was sneezing blood. Go here at 4pm. We were asked to wain in the car (2/12 hours) then finally brought to exam and told we were 3rd inline. They took a $900 estimate and as of 11:00 pm we are STILL in the exam room. Not 1 person talked to us, explaining emergencies, nothing. No checking on us, nothing. Never again then the Doctor left for the night saying nothing so we got all but our $185 office exam paid, got our money back and brought him home

  I work for a local veterinary specialist and am so grateful to have such an amazing team of emergency professionals so close by. We strongly value our relationship with PSCVH for the mutual care of patients but also I trust them completely with my own pet care and know that they will provide the very best. Thanks for all you do!
