I took my dog in at 7pm on a friday, they were busy, the reseptionist was cold as ice.waited for two hours to see the vet, then two more hours to get the ultasound.my dog had a tumor that had poped.so she would need surgery.i was told she was strong, and not to worry.my wife and i thought she was in good hands.that was not the case.they waited until 3am to do surgery.she past away on the exam table, before the surgery even started. They couldnt exsplain why they waited so long to get started. I would never take any pet to them again.oh and two days later i get a call. "Would you like her colar" never again to them.bill$3100.00

Went there due my dog's stomach getting bloat. Arrived there they admitted my dog after getting 1k deposit. They took my dog to a back room proceeded with an x ray and heavy pain meds. Their prognosis was bloat and twisted stomach which requires a 13k+ surgery thats what they stated. Upon sitting in waiting room I got a voicemail from this vet saying they can't do the surgery right now and would have to send me over the hill because there wasn't a qualified surgeon staffed. Why would they admit my dog knowing they couldn't help her. Why not let me know this upon arrival. So we waited eventually they gave us a room because we were contemplating putting the dog down because the price was too much for our senior dog so euthanasia was on the table. As we sat there with our dog the bloat seemed to have been less swelling and she was walking outside and we were hoping for her to work this out on her own. We talked with the vet and they told us that it won't reverse and they looked at us like bad animal owners. So we sat there with our dog very sad that we would have to let her go after a few hours the pain meds were wearing off and the dog had no response. She wasn't whimpering or retching like when we brought her in due to previous bad experience with this same vet we decided to take her home and look for a mobile dvm to put her down at our home where our pet and us our more comfortable. We stated this to the vet and got a bad vibe from them again. We were charged the full amount of over 1k and they stated the euthanasia would be refunded. So now 3 days later the dog is alive and well I'm so happy that I didn't go with their recommendations because she is back to normal if I had listened to their fear mongering my dog's life would have ended. But it gets worse I called to get the X-ray I paid for and inquire about the refund amount because they said they would refund the euthanasia but for some reason they refunded a way lesser amount and apparently they just made up a invoice during the refund process to charge me for a cathader which was already in place for the drugs and fluid administered that I paid for on the original invoice. So instead of just refunding for the euthanasia that didn't happen they charged me more money after leaving the facility for services already rendered. This place doesn't seem to care for animals nor people they just want your money. I wish I got that voicemail as I would have kept going over the hill. Take your money elsewhere this place is a scam they are just there for money. My dog only lives because I questioned their ability to even perform or diagnos. They will gladly kill your animal as long as they get paid for it. On top of it charge you more after leaving the facility.

I have now been here for emergencies 2 x this year. The staff is quick with emergency, compassionate, and obviously cares about your pet. Clean and calm environment. They are great at communication and taking time to give you information. I’m so grateful for the help they have provided to my pups.

Heros. Saved our beloved dog with an emergency splenectomy after we were given a heartbreaking diagnosis at our local vet. He beat the odds and was just diagnosed with a benign mass and will hopefully have many more years with us. To Dr. Robison, who was amazing and told us to go for the surgery, to Dr. Arbaugh who skillfully performed the life saving surgery, and Dr. Brady who cared for our grumpy boy after... along with all of the techs and staff, we are eternally thankful and grateful.

I carried my dog in after he collapsed. Vet Tech comes out to get history and gets super judgy when I say my dog has never had bloodwork. I carried him to the back where he remained for over 3 hours with very little updates.
When the vet came in to talk to us right off the bat she told us she did an ultrasound without our permission and then charged us for it.
The staff made us feel like a terrible owners for not having pocket loads of cash. When we disagreed to pay their $2900 estimate for an overnight, they wrote on our dogs records that we refused medical care against doctors advice.
Our dog was sent home with a raging infection, a fever and a $1000 bill.
This place isnt in business for the care and love of your pet, they are just there to get as much money from you as they can. No compassion. We were never offered any sort of financial assistance as a low income family. Very disappointed.
