They did a door technique so that they could get the sedative on him on the 1st try!!! We tried 3 other times at another Banfield but this place got him on the 1st try!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update 1-3-2026 we were able to get him knocked out and everything done! Thank you to everyone here, you are wonderful! We now have a full game plan for future visits!!!!

- KSKevin SummersSep 15, 20251.0They charged me for 10 months of the Banfield "Wellness Plan" after my dog died 2 months into it. They billed me out through the end of the fiscal year for a dead dog, and then put me in collections for it and ruined my credit. Banfield didn't reach out to me once during that time to tell me I was still being billed, and I didn't find out until a collection company reached out to me the way after the fact. Disgusting company, stay away as far as you can!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
