They did a door technique so that they could get the sedative on him on the 1st try!!! We tried 3 other times at another Banfield but this place got him on the 1st try!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update 1-3-2026 we were able to get him knocked out and everything done! Thank you to everyone here, you are wonderful! We now have a full game plan for future visits!!!!
- JHJose HernandezNov 24, 20211.0Today I was very disappointed and upset. I completely understand that the doctor has surgerys. Not arguing about that. I'm upset that we'll I was there for about 6 hours for a comprehensive exam for 3 of my dogs. I can understand if they were due for vaccines because that can take some time but come on that is kinda pushing it. The most upsetting is that when I walked in a couple of times to see if my dogs were good to go, I can hear my big dog barking in the back,which he never does unless he has to go to the bathroom. When I spoke to the girl in front very nice by the way but a bit inexperienced sorry to say she told me that the dogs test were negative and was waiting on the Doctor. Ok... So waited about the 6 hour mark ,keep in mind dropped off my dog at 9 am left that place around 3:45 p.m for an exam. She tells me that the doctor will be another couple of hours. At that time I was done payed and left. Always had a wonderful experience here I don't know what happen but please fix. Expecially if I'm driving at least 2 hours for your services. ....Also please take the dogs out for bathroom breaks. My dog peed like there was no tomorrow.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
