  This location needs a major make over. Old, dirty a place you don’t wanna shop. Clearly corporate doesn’t want to invest mo et into this location.

  The cashier was so helpful, she found the Oatmeal Shampoo I needed for my puppies!!!! Excellent

  I was surprisingly impressed. I took my daughter there to buy a lizard, but I browsed the tropical fish section and was very impressed. I've kept tropical fish for maybe 30 years, and no just what to look for and what to expect. Their filtration system on their aquariums was top-notch, never seen something quite as sophisticated. They also piped in ocean or babbling brook sounds into the fish section which made me smile. Overall pretty awesome. They put a lot of time and effort into this, and it shows.

  I went in for a return and a pickup. The associate was not the friendliest. She started my return and told me it was completed and then handed me my pick up. As I left I realized my purchase was damaged so I went back in to replace it. She then informed me that my return was not completed. It’s very irritating to find out that my return was not completed and the fact that she was going to let me leave without my refund is unacceptable.

  Wonderful staff, very helpful in guiding me to the duck feed and koi feed. I'm just opposed to the treatment of some animals here. The parakeet enclosure's branch fixture was disassembled, so the birds had nowhere to perch. The mini frogs in the fish tanks seemed to be mostly dead. And the beta fish being kept in cups are inhumane, I hope they stop doing that. Otherwise this place has abundant pet resources.
