The lady at grooming was extremely rude, told me I had to reschedule, and never once tried to contact me beforehand despite my email being on file. She was unfriendly, unprofessional, offered no apology, and acted as if the mistake was mine. Incredibly poor service, rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable.
