    I went to Petco to get a large bag of kitty litter. My 65lb shepsky was with me because he LOVES Petco (can't imagine why!). I asked a gentleman stocking the shelves to assist me in finding a cart and putting the litter into it. (I am recovering from cancer treatment). He walked with me to the bags, took it to the front of the store, helped me check out and carried the litter to my car. White glove service, much appreciated. This was at the Santa Barbara store, 2/21/26. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was my hero yesterday!!! Please give that man kudos!!!!!

    Experience was fine, but the Merrick cat food my cats eat seems to be out of stock and I need to order elsewhere.I'd rather order and p/u at your store and support local business. This is not the first time.
