There is this guy Anthony who behaves as if he hates his job and all the customers, so rude. I suggest you never ask him for help or go another Petco....or to any pet store that it not petco. - SSSteveNov 9, 20251.0Rude staff, especially the lady at the register. Was shopping looking at guinea pigs and hamster with my 3 kids for 30 minutes and one of the kids needed to use the restroom. I asked for the restroom key and she had us waiting for 5 minutes had to ask another guy and he gave us attitude "just so you restroom are not open to the public" after being in the store for 30 minutes looking at animals. What horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store like Huntington Beach where I spent over $300 in a fish tank and fish for my kids. They really don't want your business. This happened today Sunday around 12 pm.

The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, helpful, and really seemed to care about both me and my pet. The store was clean, well-organized, and it was easy to find everything I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this Petco for anyone looking for great service and quality pet care!
