Honestly this place Is HORRIBLE don’t ever bring your pet unless you want to come and waste unnecessary money on unnecessary appointments they make up. No one knew what was wrong with my pet The doctor told me “we don’t know what to do anymore but send me a test to a lab which will be over 70 to 80 dollars”. i got my dog and left I took her to another vet and Boom She was cured within 2 weeks because she had a simple ear infection. i wasted over 1000 dollars in trying good medication here giving everyone a chance but everyone failed. Not a single soul Helped my dog If anything They made her ear infection twice as worst with all the medicines they gave her that didn’t help. And don’t get me started on the wait times They set up appointments just to keep your dog waiting until the doctor can see them What is the point of an appointment if your gonna have my pet locked in a cage for over an hour until you see them. Unacceptable work environment i will never return here.

Please don’t take your pet to this Banfield. I took my cat in when she had stopped eating for a day. During the examination they kept telling me she lost a lot of weight and I said she had maybe lost a pound but they kept referring to records from 6 years ago. They told me she was going to die likely that night and to prepare for the end for her. I then took her to an emergency hospital where they got fluids in her, did blood work and an ultra sound. Turns out she was dehydrated and is still alive today and doing much better. I’m glad I didn’t give up on her based off of this vets opinion, because she definitely would have passed away if I listened to him. Worse experience I’ve ever had at a Banfield, there was no care for my animal and they definitely don’t listen to you.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
