  This Petco was one of the smaller stores I've shopped at, but they have utilized the space very well. Upon entering I was greeted by the cashier and notified of the adoption event happening. I noted there were two entrances, which was great because the parking lot in the front of the store was crowded and parking spaces were tight. Store shelves were well stocked. Store appeared clean. Unique displays were located throughout the store...such as gardening and pond kits. Fish tanks were clean and the variety of fish available was pretty decent. Pocket pet, reptile and aviary habitats were clean and again variety was pretty decent considering location size. I was able to find all the products I was looking for. Cashier and checkout process was pleasant. I will definitely visit this location again.

  Four times in a row, and multiple times over the last year, this San Ramon store is always out of my cat’s favorite Nulo canned cat food. They claim they’re not getting it from the warehouse very timely, however, my significant other is able to buy the same cat food in Santa Maria’s Petco every time, four cases so far over the last three months. Same at the Arroyo Grande store.

  We often visit this location to get supplies for our reptiles. Staff are always helpful, kind and friendly. Store is always organized.
