- JSJulie StClairJul 31, 20251.0Had appointment for my dog Stormy at 3:00pm July 30 and VETCO did a NO SHOW without letting me KNOW. Was there early as usual and come 3:05pm I asked cashier where is Vetco and he stated they were not coming. Wasted my valuable time as I am a CAREGIVER! Not to cool!

I specifically arranged my schedule to work from home to be able to go to this appointment, and yet they couldn't cancel at least a day earlier but has to cancel at the last minute. It's super disrespectful towards customers' time. Also they don't offer a make up appointment for the canceled appointments. Now I'm left scrambling to find slots in other far away clinics for the time sensitive vaccine booster with this bay area crazy commute traffic.
