They had no intention of helping me fix the mistake that they made at all. ---------------------------------------------------------- Original comments below: I took my cat to the vaccination clinic. The ppl there were super friendly but unfortunately I received an invoice later with a bunch of mistakes. Including my cat's breed, weight, age and they charged me the wrong amount of money. It costed my extra time and energy when later try reimbursing it through insurance. I hope this was only a one-time accident. ---------------------------------------------------------- Can you guys please accelarte the process of correcting my invoice? It really gives me a huge trouble bc insurance company asks for identical amount of payment proof.
