- TATina AthertonFeb 10, 20261.0Do not take your dog here for grooming. I brought my dog today and she was a little anxious. The manager put a slip leash on her and dragged her back to the kennels. In the past, they have picked her up or at least coaxed her to walk on her own. Today she was dragged by her neck. Then I go to pick her up and they bring out the wrong dog. I finally get my dog and as soon as we are out the door I notice she is limping. I call them to report it. They tell me she was fine, and that video shows her walking out without a limp. I uh ave taken her here before and never had a problem. Today was totally different. They were abrupt, rough and unprofessional. I will not be going back. Very bad experience.

I don't know if it was because I was speaking Spanish, but I simply explained that the cage was advertised as being suitable for the animal because of its size, etc. However, their employee told me I couldn't buy it and that I absolutely had to buy a fish tank for the little mouse instead. 🙄 Why do they specify that their products are for these animals if they won't sell them? On top of that, she raised her voice at me and stormed off, using foul language, saying she wouldn't sell it to me unless I bought what she was telling me to buy. Please train your employees; this one clearly lacks empathy and respect. There's no excuse for an adult to be so rude in front of young children!
