I don't know if it was because I was speaking Spanish, but I simply explained that the cage was advertised as being suitable for the animal because of its size, etc. However, their employee told me I couldn't buy it and that I absolutely had to buy a fish tank for the little mouse instead. 🙄 Why do they specify that their products are for these animals if they won't sell them? On top of that, she raised her voice at me and stormed off, using foul language, saying she wouldn't sell it to me unless I bought what she was telling me to buy. Please train your employees; this one clearly lacks empathy and respect. There's no excuse for an adult to be so rude in front of young children!

I called in with 8 minutes to ask for the 28lbs of taste of the wild. I arrived with 2 minutes. The food was at the counter. You guys are the most!! Thanks again!! BLESSINGS!!
