Each time I visited, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and one employee named Emil stands out. Emil has helped me with suggestions for cat toys, products, and even correct sizing for Jet's new favorite hoodie. It's so refreshing to see such kind and knowledgeable people who care about our pets. Thanks again for your help!
- CKChris KuhnDec 1, 20251.0This has to be the worst Petco in the country. Ive probably been to this location 20 times since moving to the area, and every single time it is a complete mess. They are always understaffed, there's usually nobody at the register and you have to wait until it dawns on one of the two employees working that there are customers in the store. The shelves are half empty. The fish department is a disaster, you'd think we're in the middle of covid with how barren and disorganized everything is. Simple common items seem to be constantly out of stock while any other store carrying the same stuff has no problem keeping up. It honestly feels like its a location thats about to be shut down and theyre just going through the motions until it closes.
