- DMDoug MarshallMar 10, 20265.0Not sure what happened today on Lucy's visit. No one called us when Lucy was finished. We waited until 3 hrs to call groomers. When we got Lucy in car, she was terrified. She sulked all evening. Not herself. Something happened in the groomers today. We are not happy.

The employee attending to me was not at all helpful. I was annoyed that no help was provided until the clock stuck 10 AM which was the actual appointment time. I would think Petco would appreciate customers who arrive a few minutes before the appointment to get checked-in rather than arriving last minute.
