I took my puppy there and there for a skin issue and the vet said he did a skin test which was some kind of virus or something and gave a antibiotic medicine for over $300.00 which did nothing and when I called back I was told they can schedule me for a follow-up for another $86.00. Do these vets have no idea as to what they are doing? I was also told I could go somewhere else. Foe $300.00 and testing i would have expected for the vet to be correct.

Convenient times and locations, which saved us an expensive trip to urgent care. I was able to get my cat in on a Saturday afternoon because we thought there was a major issue. Dr. Massey was great! He explained everything clearly to us, and we were able to make informed decisions. Our cat is fine and back to himself. I'm glad this service was available!

Meagan was excellent—caring, kind, and very friendly. She took the extra step of warming up my dog’s allergy medication so it wouldn’t sting during the injection, and it was clear that making my dog feel safe and secure was truly important to her. I’m very happy with the care we received.

I took my 11-year-old golden retriever, Bailey, to Vetco five days ago during the day. She has age-related hip discomfort that mainly affects her at night, but she is still very playful and mobile during the day. I was simply hoping they could provide some basic pain relief to help her be more comfortable.
Instead, the visit made things dramatically worse. They took her in back for an “evaluation,” and whatever the doctor did caused her pain to increase tenfold. When we got home, she was in so much pain that I had to sleep downstairs with her because she couldn’t get up comfortably. Five days later, she is still not back to where she was prior to this visit, which is extremely concerning.
I also asked for a nail trim while we were there. They only clipped her nails (no grinding), left them extremely sharp, and when we got home two nails bled all over my garage. For something so routine, this was careless and unacceptable.
The most frustrating part was the aggressive upselling. During a visit for hip discomfort, they tried to push:
• Multiple X-rays
• An eye procedure
• Teeth cleaning that would require putting her under anesthesia
• Extensive lab panels
• A urine analysis involving extraction
None of this felt patient-focused — it felt sales-focused. I felt pressured rather than supported.
To top it off, the pricing was outrageous: over $50 for a nail trim and $50 for just 15 pain pills, which are significantly cheaper through Chewy.
This visit caused my dog real pain and left me feeling completely upsold instead of cared for. I am now looking into canceling my Vital Care membership and will not be bringing either of my dogs back. I expected compassion and careful treatment — especially for a senior dog — and that is not what we received.

Everyone I interacted with there were super. Genuinely sincere, so nice, helpful & professional. The staff were so good to me and my dog Max. Initial exam what was going on with his foot. The first doctor did an exam and X-ray and referred us to 2 surgeons at another location in S.M.
Max had a surgical procedure and that exceptionally well. Brought him home yesterday. He is doing well. So far, I’m extremely pleased with Everyone and everything that has taken place in Max’s highest best interest.
