- JGJoanne GogliaFeb 5, 20263.0I arrived with my dog 17 minutes before his appointment time and was refused check-in until a groomer was available. The employee attending to me was not at all helpful. I was annoyed that no help was provided until the clock stuck 10 AM which was the actual appointment time. I would think Petco would appreciate customers who arrive a few minutes before the appointment to get checked-in rather than arriving last minute.
