They didn't provide me an apron, the shampoo and conditioner didn't seem to get my Shorky's hair cleaned with some and body in used to. There was a couple in there worth use bathing their German Sheppard which was very well trained, but the owners need to be trained on how to share community space with courtesy. When they blow dried their dog it's hair was all over they place, including all over me and my fur baby. I'm allergic to animal danger and started immediately itching and breaking out. Not a good first time experience for me. I'm definitely NOT going back there. Not because of our neighbors necessarily, but the shampoo and conditioner they gave me to use was watery and didn't clean well.

Their sale representatives are so helpful and kind and go out of their way to always share the best products for your pet needs. I recommend this location with flying colors!!

Harley is absolutely amazing, and Joseline (I hope I’m spelling that correctly, my apologies!) along with the rest of the team consistently goes above and beyond. I’m truly disappointed to hear this location is closing. I intentionally drive past the Lakeshore location because this one is always clean, parking is readily available, and the staff is simply superb. You will be missed!

She is kind and helpful and my puppy enjoys his training with her. The trainer uses positive reinforcement and is well experienced with dogs, understands them and train them well. I got more training sessions there and will continue.
