  I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the vet and surgery center. Dr. Menghini was thoughtful, thorough, and kept us informed every step of the way. We felt Milo was in the best possibly hands and truly appreciated the level of care he received.

  Everyone was thoughtful, compassionate and amazing! Definately our go to not only for emergencies but will be looking into making them our regular vet

  My vet was already closed, so glad they are there for us after normal business hours. The vet was very thorough in making sure my pup had not been bitten by a rattlesnake. Was very happy with the care and services she received.

  I wanted to start by thanking Dr. Menghini, James and the rest of the team at VMSG. I highly recommend them. My dog had a pneumothorax that required surgery to remove one of his lung lobes and they absolutely took excellent care of him. They provided me updates on his surgery and recovery and I'm happy to report that he is recovering well. Considering this was a very specialized surgery, I had a very hard time finding many other places were capable of performing this type of surgery. Their prices are great too. I received an estimate over the phone and they did their absolute best to stay within that range. They charged almost 1/3 of what I was being quoted from other facilities including where I originally had taken him too and got his pneumothorax diagnosis. I am blessed to have found them. Thanks again to Dr. Menghini, James and the rest of the team.

  Such a hard decision to try and decide where to start with the absolute blatant and bold demonstration of literally preying on uninformed emotional people I think I have ever seen.. worse than an injury lawyer… our family cat coco decided he was going to eat something off a Lilly plant that my fiance and I had no idea was so poisonous for cats.. my fiance goes into a panic because we all love coco very much and rushes to this place and calls me to inform me she’s already 500 dollars in and just got there so I leave work and head over.. when I arrive the vet was just walking in to go over what he sees and “cocoa golden care plan” and goes into a full blown sales pitch about coco saying there for 2 nights getting fluid 3 times and blood draws 3 times over the course of his stay and to monitor him.. I ask how much and he blows me off and says oh my nurse will have that… but anyway..: this is really what we should do for coco.. in walks the nurse and hands over a 3500 estimate to treat him.. I literally laughed and said do people really fall for this and her response was “yes”… we decided the treatment and then were pitched on last time to get blood work at a discount price now just to try and get that one last upsell.. and when I asked them what the 135 fee was on the bill that my fiance was never told about or agreed too they said “that’s our standard procedure and I can call corporate if I have an Issue” and when he explained it to me it’s literally for them to take the animal in a room take it’s temperature and do zero diagnostic just a visual of your animal… my advice is find somewhere else and call them before you go in… it’s SO SAD how these people know they have the easy opportunity to upsell treatment to people that are unaware and or very emotional… oh yeah… and they pitch a finance option like a loan to pay if there bills outta your budget… Absolutely INSANE!!!
