Vet staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate. My Tillie got into something she shouldn't have. Front office assistance was extremely efficient and kind, the nurse who came in was very sweet (apologies, I don't remember the names it was a bad night) and listened without judgement. Everyone was very aware of the price and tried their hardest to get Tillie treated without us having to pay insane amounts of money. Vet called us to give us an update since she was staying overnight and everyone was just extremely understanding and comforting. Tillie is going to be okay and we all thank this office for what they did for us.

We came in on an emergency after a driver struck my mom and our sweet Mochi. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed incredible compassion and care. Axel and the veterinarian who treated Mochi were especially attentive, kind, and professional through everything. Even though our beloved Mochi didn’t make it, the vet handled every step with such tenderness and made an unbearable situation as peaceful and comforting as possible. We’re deeply grateful for the compassion and support we received during such a heartbreaking time.

This is my experience. Take it or leave it but I felt it was important to tell. We went there last night because my 4lb dog started acting lethargic wobbly & confused. We called our vet for after hours help and this clinic # was left our their after hours voicemail. We love our vet so we followed their recommendation. We called. We arrived. One person was waiting. Our dog was hanging on my arms, needless to say, we were so scared. Front office guy gave us paperwork and brought us back. Soon after, a technician came in and she asked a few basic "what happened" questions and first thing she asked if he could've of eaten some marijuana. We were offended that was her 1st assumption but are reasonable and said well, maybe he found some during his walk on our greenbelt? Doubtful but again reasonable. She proceeded to try to take him back and thank GOD we said not yet, we'd like to talk to/meet the dr. first because honestly, he would've been back there in a cage all alone for at least an hour! We wanted to be with him until we knew he was going to be attended to. A few minutes after that the front guy came and apologized for the wait, but that they were attending to a dog that was "half dead" and we said please don't tell us something that, we don't want to hear things like that, esp when our dog was hanging in my arms barely able to lift his head. It was so insensitive. We waited and started googling and looking up symptoms, etc etc and saw that there are many other reasons he could be acting the way he was, one being hypoglycemia. We waited. I finally went and asked how much longer, could we get some water for our dog SOMETHING. Front guy said it would be soon but didn't know so I asked if we should go somewhere else and he responded if I felt more comfortable leaving but said he would bring us water. Seemed like he took his time bringing the water but my dog couldn't even open his eyes or try to drink any. We asked again for an ETA and he said that the tech left because she'd been there since 6am. That he hadn't had even lunch let. That the next shift tech was running late with no ETA. Umm ok. From our google search, we decided to try honey and listen to this...my husband had time to leave and find somewhere that had honey and come back and we STILL hadn't been seen or communicated with. We gave our dog honey. Waited 10-15 min like google said to. He started to perk up a little so at that point we felt comfortable to leave and go to another clinic. They didn't care when we said we were leaving. By the time we got to the other clinic, our dog was so much better...eyes bright and alert. This clinic was lit up and "looked alive". We decided to leave because he kept getting better and we knew we could come back here if we needed to at any time. Happy to say that our dog was mostly back to his bouncy energetic self by bedtime and this morning made a full recovery. Turns out he was hypoglycemic...THANK YOU GOOGLE! Maybe this clinic had a bad night. It happens. The insensitive comments, lack of communication and "so tired low energy" behavior is simply not acceptable. We went there because we were scared for our dog, our baby. We went there to get help and needed to feel confident that our little guy was going to be being taken care of and going to be ok. We just didn't feel it.

It was a bit of a long wait for us but it was understandable as more serious cases would come before ours. Staff was attentive and thorough and took really good care of my dog and thoroughly went thru everything with me. Nice clean facility.
