In a moment of crisis, Dr. O’Donnell’s calm and compassionate nature, as well as her expert knowledge and guidance, was extremely helpful and appreciated. They saw me right away and got my kitty help quickly, all with love and support for both my pet and myself. I trust VMSG wholeheartedly and I’m so glad I found them! Thank you, Dr. O’Donnell! You are magic in human form!

- ESElizabeth StancoJan 6, 20265.0This place has been so awesome! Our Brixton is a long haired dachshund prone to back injuries. We monitored him on pain meds. Obviously it is so scary because that surgery can get really expensive. We wanted to wait and see if he got better and they saw him again and agreed he’s just still in pain. They didn’t push us to do Next steps which we really appreciate. For the time being hopefully it doesn’t get worse. We miraculously had a Christmas miracle and he started getting better. Thank you to the veterinary clinic for being kind and professional and fair! A lot of vets especially the one we used to go to would not have done the same!

- EEellaNov 19, 20255.0Vet staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate. My Tillie got into something she shouldn't have. Front office assistance was extremely efficient and kind, the nurse who came in was very sweet (apologies, I don't remember the names it was a bad night) and listened without judgement. Everyone was very aware of the price and tried their hardest to get Tillie treated without us having to pay insane amounts of money. Vet called us to give us an update since she was staying overnight and everyone was just extremely understanding and comforting. Tillie is going to be okay and we all thank this office for what they did for us.
