  I have always had a great experience with this Vetco location. The front office and Dr. Rosete are incredible. They took care of my cat that had been in a horrible cat fight. Thanks!

  I just wanted to come in here to make a review after having a bad time at another vet. This vet, Dr. Rosete, and her crew, are some of the best and most kind people around. They’ve made my experience here for my first time kitten the absolute best and most comforting despite coming in for so many things to take care of her. I could not change any animal hospital any time soon - they truly are some of the best out there!!

  Making an appointment for my dog's vaccinations was easy to do online. I arrived at the prescribed time and went right in, the whole visit taking about 15 minutes. I was told that the proof of vaccinations would be sent to me by email. No problem I thought. I checked my email that evening and again the next morning, but it had not arrived yet. Later on that day I received an email with a link to a website. That website had a button to "Resend Your Post Visit Summary". Nope, not done yet. A box pops up asking "Are you sure you want to resend your Post Visit Summary Documents for LuLu" So, I click that and it returns me to the visit history where I started. There is no way to get the documents with this eternal circular process. OK, I'll try phoning Vetco and ask for help. After 4 phone calls throughout the day, I finally got a human on the phone. They couldn't figure out what the problem was and finally agreed to email the document to me. I received the email almost immediately.. that's good. I opened the email but another link to follow. Fortunately, this time I was finally able to retrieve the document. So, what's my complaint? I waisted at least an hour with their website trying to retrieve the document plus several phone calls. The bottom line is, why couldn't they just print out the document and hand it to me during the visit? Instead, I fell into a quagmire of digital BS taking hours of my time. I won't be returning to Vetco anytime soon.

  My cat is 17 years old and has been having issues with pain. The doctor refilled a 2 month supply for her and I couldn't be any more happy.

  Scheduled an appointment the day before. We got so lucky to get one so last minute. We confirm the appointment over text. Rush off after work to make it on time. It's our first time here. We usually go to the Vetco on Cottle but there was no way we could have made it to their latest appointment. We walk in and are told the appointment is canceled because we didn't confirm verbally. They said they called multiple times but I'm a teacher and cannot answer calls throughout the day. I also figured since I confirmed via text earlier in the day, that would have been enough. No where did it say that their policy required you to verbally confirm.
