- SSSam Siador1 day ago3.0I usually give this Petco location 5 stars but not this time. My appointment was at 12:30 PM. I dropped my dog off and 45 minutes later I get a text letting me know that they have scheduled my next grooming appointment. So we waited for them to text us that he was ready and they never did! So I decided after 2 hrs. To go and see if they were finished with him and they were, so I asked them why I wasn’t notified that he was ready for pickup? And the answer I got was I don’t know 😡 this is not good customer service

- ANAmy NgApr 18, 20265.0Grace, the groomer is always on time and has perfect grooming skills I trust her abilities. Whereas Diane, the other groomer does not show care or good grooming skills. Last December she took over 4hrs to groom my pet. I believe she was training a new employee and used my dog as her “subject “. I will not return if Diane was to be my groomer!! Very disappointing. Plus, she didn’t trim my dogs nails or did as good a job as Grace. As for shopping for my pet needs, Alex the manager gives me good pet advices to my needs. He listens to my issues and I trust him as well for my pet needs! These 2 employees are what I come to this Petco store for.
