  The store supervisor was extremely rude to kick out my son and myself from store. We were looking for the turtle. The turtle tank was not locked and not having sign not to open or ask for help. I just opened the top of tank and tried to have a close look and measure the size. At the time, the store supervisor saw that and yelled at us. He did not explain the rule, but just cried "get out of my store". We went to another petco store. The turtle tanks was just locked. I think that is the correct way if the store doesn't want customer to reach inside of the tank. Or the store has patient and good attitude to educate customers. I have contacted Petco customer service and filed the complaint for this incident. Two weeks past, no feedback so far. I reached Petco customer service again, they told me back office had contacted store, but no feedback provided for local store. If the store really want to handle the issue, please reply to the complaint filed in stead of pretending care of the customer and replaying the public review immediately.

  They have about everything you could want. I took my dog to get groomed and the girls there were amazing. Every employee I encountered there was so friendly. I truly appreciate it!

  I was here earlier today and it was sad to see the birds without perches or toys. This was first time here and not sure I'll ever come back. Do you need help to add perches/toys?

  I don’t know who the manager is, but they need to be fired! What a horrific store! I went to buy some cat supplies for a client of mine. (i’m already not a fan of Petco, but this is where she gets her food). No one‘s working the registers despite my standing there with a 20 pound bag of litter in my hands. There was a man doing something near the cash registers, but I was not acknowledged. I walked up and down the Cat aisles, looking for a specific brand of food, and there was a Petco employee seemingly training a new employee. I got to listen to his conversation about how he used to be a dog person but now he’s a cat person and how you can leave cats at home for days on end by themselves rather than get a pet sitter and how he doesn’t like tarantulas. First, really ignorant and dangerous information about cat care and second, he looked at me multiple times and never acknowledged me or offered to help me. I never did find the brand of food that I was looking for. Then after waiting at the cash register with no acknowledgment or help, I put the cat litter on the floor and walked out. I have worked in the animal field for over 30 years and Petco is NOT known to have a great reputation as far as taking care of the animals that are in the stores, trainers are where they go when they can’t get a real job, and personally witness one of their dog trainers hit his own dog in a store and that the people that work there have no idea what they’re telling people and no one should take advice from them on anything animal related, but I’ve never had bad customer service. Today goes on the list of one of the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Petco. A total waste of my time and now I have to go and find a reputable pet store to try and find the same food. I’m not going back to Petco.
