  I was told on the phone to come here at 3 to get walk in shots for my dog. I show up 10 minutes early only to find out they don’t open until 3:30. I go back at 3:30 only to find out that they only do appointments and don’t allow walk ins. Complete waste of time and no one tried to make my experience better. I would not come here.

  LOVE LOVE LOVE this vet office. I have took my dog to 2 vet offices and this is by far my favorite. They are attentive, sweet, caring, friendly, patient..and prices are good as well. Stuff is always helpful and so so sweet. My dog gets very anxious around other people but they are so welcoming every time she reassure me everything is okay. I would recommend them over and over again.

  Man I can’t say enough about this place. They helped me with my Dogs vet fees and worked with me when it came to my availability. Mollyana (my dog) first visit to the vet was amazing. They handled her with care and show lots of love to her. Forever grateful and will bring my pitty there again.

  They did a really good job with my reactive German Shepard mix for her first dental cleaning. Very affordable! Called to check in on her afterwards and did a great job explaining before and after care.

  During the first visit, Dr Rosete was very nice and prescribed us two compounds for deworming. However, the medication didn’t kill the Giardia at all and I have to retake the fecal test for a new prescription. At that time, I found some substitutes on Chewy and I requested Dr Rosete to send the prescription. She denied my request by saying “Chewy is not trustable and there was a conflict or something”. Actually the prescription she made from Vetco’s pharmacy is almost double the price of the metronidazole sold by Chewy but less content and volume. Her excuse was not acceptable to me. Btw, I did two fecal tests but there were no official reports and prescriptions at all. I was ignored when I requested the fecal report. Dr Rosete denied Chewy’s prescription request when I tried to fill the medication from Chewy. Will not visit this location again. Not recommend! Updates: Dr Rosete helped create a new prescription though I still think ordering from Chewy is the most convenient way to order the medication.
