- NCNidhi ChawdaJan 26, 20261.0I have been taking my dog to Petco for grooming for some time, but when I couldn’t get an appointment at my usual location, I tried the Tully Road, San Jose location. Unfortunately, my experience there was very disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM, but at 8:00 AM, I received a call from the groomer, Adriana, who seemed inexperienced. It felt like they just didn’t want to groom my dog because they were too busy, which is not right. This kind of last-minute cancellation or lack of professionalism is frustrating and disappointing. Overall, I felt that the grooming experience was disorganized, and I didn’t have confidence in Adriana’s ability to handle my dog properly. I expected better communication and professionalism from Petco

- BGBe GNov 24, 20251.0I had to take my dog here in early November because the usual location I go to did not have any appointments. This place had my dog 20 minutes short of 6 hours!!!! I went after 4 hours and asked what was going on. They said they gave my dog a bath but hadn’t started the haircut yet. My dog was nowhere to be seen so I’m assuming he was put up. They had no excuse for why it was taking so long when I picked him up. When we went to pick him up he was whining and Adriana said he seemed wiggly during his appointment. Yeah I’m sure he did because for some reason it took you 6 hours to groom him. With a horrible haircut where his armpits weren’t even shaved and had him looking a mess. We paid extra for the holiday bandana and she just handed it to us. Honestly the appointment seemed neglectful. Why did it take so long? Why did he look a mess? Why was he whining? Why was he still whining when we got home? I will never go to this petco location again.

- TTtOct 18, 20252.0If they cant complete services due to hyper dog they will still charge you full price. You have to ask for a discount to be compensated. Better off taking your pet to a groomer that works well with hyper animals.
