Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bring my 2 dogs and 2 cats here and they’re always well taken care of. I never feel like I’m overspending as they’re transparent with what treatments they’re getting and why and what my other options are.

The staff here are truly wonderful. Every time I bring my cat, Sassy, in, they greet her by name and treat her like one of their own. As a cat mom to a 14-year-old tuxedo princess, that level of care and attention means everything to me.
I’ve been to several veterinary offices over the years, and this is the first place where I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary treatments. The team is respectful, transparent, and genuinely focused on what’s best for your pet.
I also really appreciate their health packages, which are tailored to your pet’s age and needs—especially helpful for senior cats like Sassy. On top of that, their app is very easy to use, well-organized, and makes scheduling appointments and accessing records simple and stress-free.
They also offer new client discounts, which is a great bonus.
I highly recommend them to any pet parent looking for a caring and trustworthy veterinary team.

Had me waiting for like 20-30 minutes before the receptionist even looked at me. Then 20 minutes trying to offer me things I was not interested. She took me to the examination room and had me waiting for like 30 more minutes. Turns out, they forgot I was there. Still took them 10 more minutes to check on my cat. Mid examination, a tech interrupted us. This happened twice.
After I was done, it took them 20 more minutes to check me out. And no, place was not crowded and I did have an appointment.

Our dog had an appt at 8 but the employees didn’t get there til after 805..:was going to write a bad review because the First Lady obviously did not know what she was doing however Priscilla came out & handled us with such care, impact & empathy. I truly appreciate a worker like her cuz my dog was stressed waiting an extra 30 min (on anesthesia so he can’t eat after 12) she was the best Banfield employee I have EVER encountered..plus she had hella cool black/blue hair 🦑 12/10

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
