Safe to say that my poor cat had a profoundly horrible experience here. My cat actually enjoys going to the vet and is very good with veterinary staff, but she absolutely hated it here. I've never heard her scream the way she did with the staff here. I was pretty disappointed as well - the doctor met with us for 5 minutes tops and ordered labs and tests she never properly explained the necessity of. I have no issue with labs and bloodwork but I'd like to understand why I'm paying $400+ for the visit (edited to add: this was my first time, so that was with the deal they advertise on the website). Ultimately, I got a second opinion from a different vet. The vet here believed my cat was passing more hairballs than usual because she developed a food intolerance and needed to change to a specialized, more expensive diet. The second vet said it was a shedding issue and that I shouldn't jump to extremes - and he was right. We resolved the issue within a week following his instructions.

During my first visits couple years ago, they advised me to give my cat a sedative before his next appointment for an X-ray. At the follow-up visit, they kept my cat for four hours but never completed the procedure because he was hiding in a corner while they tried to use a net to get him out. After that, I chose other clinics and had much better experiences. However, I decided to give this place another chance for a simple rabies shot and out of convenience sake due to location. Before even examining my cat, the doctor immediately said she probably couldn’t perform the exam without a sedative. This was frustrating since other vets have managed just fine with him in the past. Despite not even attempting the exam, they still charged me $90 and said he had a “visual exam” and consult from the vet. When they administered the rabies shot, they held my cat down as he screamed - it was heartbreaking to watch. I understand the need for safety, but the energy in the room was full of fear and tension, which only made things worse for my cat. I shouldn’t have to medicate my pet just to make their job easier. Vets should have the skill and confidence to handle animals with care and patience. I left feeling upset, disappointed, and honestly ripped off.

Came here as a first time client they were gracious enough to squeeze me in last minute to see my cat misty. The receptionist diane has THE BEST customer service & very friendly and personable. The vet techs & vet herself were very nice and extremely informative. Wish all vets were like this location
