If I could give this place less than a star I would. My dog has been having issues with one of her anal glands, I came in 2 months ago, the vet said it looked to be healing already and told me to go home and monitor it but to come back in 2 weeks to do an expression and go from there. It got worse I still brought her in 2 weeks after to try and do the expression but the vet saw her said she needed antibiotics now and only did the expression for one gland and sent me on my way. One month later here we are again I called to make sure this would be a recheck because I've been paying full examination costs for the SAME issue that they dont resolve, they tell me she's okay them she gets worse and I have to pay again to come back and get it fixed when it could have been fixed the first time. They assured me I'd be paying a recheck well I got there today and not only did they say I had to pay a full examination again but billed me almost $300 dllrs to do anal gland expression (even though i had done it 3 weeks ago and they said she didn't even have anything) and the full examination. I told them I was told I would have to pay for a recheck since this an ongoing issue, they gave me the "oh well" shrug and charged me it anyway. Please read the reviews on this place I wish I had they are a rip off and way more expensive than any of the other places around here. I will not be returning.

First of all everyone is really friendly very welcoming but My cat had itching ears and paws they charged me $207 dollars and gave me ear antibiotic , I gave my cat as directed, but still no improvement, so I contacted the office and told me that maybe she needed to get another check up because it might be something else but we're going to charge me again 90 dollars MORE TO TAKE HER BACK... when the reason I took her IN THE FIRST PLACE is to get the right diagnose not guessing ,why should I pay again when the first time should have known what it was. If they weren't sure they should have told me and taken my cat to another vet ,not charge me if they weren't sure. Now I have to see my poor cat scratch until I put money together, to take my cat to the original vet. I'm so sad and disappointed I feel so bad for my cat. But never again taking her there. When my vet charges 200 for every exam with antibiotics and what it needs. But since I get off from work I had no choice and went there thinking they would help. And still reach out to them just to tell me $90 more for another check up. ☹️my poor cat.

Great experience! Amazing consultation, exam and treatment- my cat was in dire straits and we had very little hope- but thanks to the staff and Dr. Jimenez, he not only recuperated but is still doing great, considering he is 14.5 years old and may have cancer😢I also took my other cat who is just as old and he too was in critical condition, but again thanks to the amazing team and Dr. Jimenez he is doing wonderfully- I am extremely grateful and happy with this vet hospital and all the people who made my baby critters feel safe, and who cared for them as their own!

This hospital is terrible! Please, everyone, don't go there! My dog's ears were red and swollen, and they quoted over $400. They took my dog in for a checkup, then said the dog wasn't cooperating and told me to put a muzzle on it. They also told me to go home and give the dog a sedative before coming back for another checkup. I said I couldn't accept giving my dog a sedative. In the end, they still wanted to charge me $25 for the examination. The vet didn't even examine my dog.

My pet and I are left in a room to wait for 45 minutes just to give us estimates. The room is extremely unsanitary. There is dog pee all around floor. I am close to vomiting from the smell. Why are we waiting 45 minutes? Its not even busy.
