  At check-in, George was calm and gentle. My dog relaxed in his arms right away while we were talking and this is such a positive sign for her. I was relieved because she normally has anxiety with regular grooming at other places. This was our first full grooming at this location and George did such a great job. I was really happy with the result and will be a return client.

  My dog came back home after grooming service yesterday morning with severe problem with his tail. Drooped and non-functional when it's usually curved up and wagging all the time. Had to go to the vet and get it diagnosed and treated. Don't know what happened there, but was a major problem since before the grooming appointment his strong tail would whip us gently on the legs and show us how happy he was. Hope the medication helps bring him back to his old self but if not, will have to follow up especially if it's longer term damage.

  Found cut marks on my dogs stomach near his pee area and one bigger scab right above the main genital area. I honestly don’t trust that they have an area covering where the dogs get cut so you can’t see what goes on. I get that the price is good for the grooming here but do not go. It’s not worth it. My dog has been so quiet since he got groomed and had these cuts. I feel like he’s traumatized and I truly regret going, let alone them asking for tip. So frustrated.
