- VAVik AFeb 2, 20263.0Waited about 1hr for a scheduled appointment. Non- appointment folks were seen prior to appointment - why make an appt. Reason for making appt is so that the pets don’t have to wait an hour. While owners were tired of waiting the pets became stressed. Vet and technician were overwhelmed and tired but did the Vaccination Service was reasonably fast. This was the 3rd annual visit to the Vetco vaccination clinic - I always book an appointment but never had to wait this long. Maybe it was the location or just staff having an off day. Overall experience for owners - Fair but Vetco has room for improvement. My Pets will likely disagree with me and give a Paw down to Vetco
